Background
Took an aerobic dance class in college in 1990. Then went back to college in 1998 and took weight lifting classes. Fell in love with being fit.
I love the feeling of being fit, healthy and full of energy. I want to live a long and healthy life. When I get into my 80's and 90's you won't find me sitting on the couch watching soap operas. Hell NO!

I do 5-10 minutes of cardio for a warmup before each training session.
Cardio: 2-3 times per week HIIT for 20-30 minutes
