How I Started:	I got started up on working out during high school playing sports. I have been working out consistantly since then, but just recently got way serious into it.
Why I Love It:	Working out makes me feel good and gives me confidence. I like to see my body change and get stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:	I never really lose motivation thanks solely to Animal Pump. Whenever i don't feel like working out i tske it and sure enough about a half hour later im all amped up to start lifting!
BB Accomplishments:	Over the past year i have cut about 5% body fat and gained 15 pounds. I still got a long way to go!

Skull crushers are by far my favorite out of tri work outs.

I dont work on them too much but simple calf raises are probably my favorite.
