How I Started:
I have always been rather thin but not too skinny. I ran CrossCountry and Track in high school so i have always lifted weights but nothing to serious. Now im looking for more. I want to see how much i can push myself.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of going into a gym and pushing yourself as hard as you can. I ran in high school so that required me to push myself. I love getting up in the morning and being really sore. I have met some really nice people in the gym and i love having that connection with them. I walk in to the gym and they ask bout ur life and how things are going. Its just a good environment.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to see how far i can push my Body. I dont believe in genetics. People say u can only get so big but i believe u can defy genetics. NATURALLY LOL.
BB Accomplishments:
Well i have learned that its not about the **** u take as supplements. They might help but its about hard work and the food u eat. Only if i could eat better and stop drinking soda!!!

Well i will not lie i struggled the last few months with working out and keeping my motivation. Had some old friends come along recently and got me back into it. I feel like i finally have balance in my life. The motivation for working out and keeping a good diet is teaching me good discipline...

Yeah, great feeling huh. But now I'm thinking that 275 feels even better. But 225 was still magic. I'm sure neither will compare to hitting 315. But we'll just have to train and see.
