I dont really know... i don't really need to stay motivated. I really enjoy lifting and enjoy the challenges of it. Its extremely satisfactory.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
My back. Doing squats. Dont know how it happened. I could barely bend over for 2 weeks. It just healed over time.
How many days per week do you do cardio?
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Sprinting. It makes me feel powerfull. It makes me faster. I sprint everyday sometimes.
