How I Started:
Back in high school I started lifting weights for school sports and for fun. I realized early on that lifting weights and seeing changes in my body was more fun. I Got started off with a old weight set I got at a yard sale and a old punching bag my aunt gave me. Soon I was lifting heavier and running faster than I ever was before inspiring me to keep at it.
Why I Love It:
Are you kidding me? Who wouldn't love it this sport.
How I Stay Motivated:
My friends mostly... If it wasn't for my fellow gym goers I probably would be playing video games instead of going to the gym.lawl

Goal (Long):
o I would like to look like guys in the magazines.. Someday be on the front cover of flex.
o I'll be going to college this fall and want to get my personal training certificate and start helping people in my town achieve their fitness goals faster.
o Would love to get to meet the greats of my time. Competing in the Arnold Classic.
o I wish to see more of the world
