I have started to eat really healthy, I am on the same diet everyday for the last week and I think I will start adding in some other healthy foods...

I am gaining more energy and my workouts are getting longer with more wieght added ever two weeks....

Next scale date is this coming...

Wow, sorry It must not have gotten through somehow. On my control panel on this site It doesnt show pending private messages or comments unless I manually check them. I was at Mendive last week registering a new kid. I'll be back on Tuesday for her first day. I was able to hit some cardio yesterday morning, but I've been seriously busy (slacking).

Right now I;m doing Chest&Bi's, Back & Tri's, Delts &Traps, then Quads Hams. Nothing very scientific. I try to hit 30 min of cardio after the weights in the morning. I'm usually home by 7:15am. I'd do longer workouts but with time restrictions, the only other option is to get up even earlier. I also walk the marina a couple of times a week. Roch
