just blame the winter for the appetite lol. my training's is not really planned out, I just roll on when I have free time..yeah, exams are coming and I get stressed out, so I should really keep the food away from me!

i know what you mean..need some food indulging from time to time. just need to watch those portions lol.
training now mostly at home. live in a town with like only one gym that's pretty far. so cannot always make it there. just buying more and more weights.. that'll overload my place pretty soon!

hey Paully, training's going a bit weird this week..have to really push myself but can't drop what I started lolz. probably that stupid fat burner I've decided to try on 4 the first time, i duuno.. cool avi by the way. pretty good design, did it yourself?
