How I Started:
I've always been enthusiastic about sports and such, but never really had a workout routine. After signing up at Bodybuilding.com, I've researched a lot of information on the right foods and excercise..and realised on how much I've been missing out all along!!
Why I Love It:
Why I love working out?!
Because it makes me feel ALIVE!!!
and I know it's for a good cause :)
How I Stay Motivated:
Just remind myself that no one else will do it for me, haha; listen to music; tell myself to go an extra step to achieve more results; look at gorgeous people who look great in anything!! and I know that I can be even better than that!!

I weight around 70 kg on this picture(155 pounds). Lost around 10 pounds since then. This photo was taken September/08, as I remember. I really want to work on my abs, legs and butt!!

That's awesome that you are dedicated enuf to work out at home...i have some weights at the house that i stub my toe on more than i lift!! we have 2 gyms literally within a mile of us, not fair, huh?! well, stick with it girl, ur looking great!!
cheers RYB, yeah i'm well into art and design. My training has been and bit stagnant over the past week also. I was hit with a chronic flu which has kept me pretty much bed-ridden for the last 5 days, i'm hoping to get to the gym tonight. Also, new diet starts today so hoping for good results over the next few weeks.
