When I Started:
Aug, 2005
How I Started:
I started after high school before attending college, I need to add serious mass quickly before the start of camp.
Why I Love It:
The rush of knowning my body will change as long as I grind through the tough dog days. My mindset has changed, working out gives me every edge over the comp.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing someone somewhere just woke up and is headed back to the gym!
BB Accomplishments:
Massive gains, I went from 150 lbs to 190 lbs over a 5 month span. I once weighed 220 during my freshmen year, but I started cutting the weight down.
I really hit my abs and pullups hard today even though the closed early, I wanted to get my max for pullups which was 25 straight!!!better than I ever did. I feel great and I can't wait for 2009
Wuz up cuz, from your hood to mine keep focused on your goals. If you are still playing football, train hard this offseason and **** somebody up next year!!!!
Good to hear, I found when I stalled on DL's moving to rack deads helped.
One armed bent over bb rows is another good exercise. Get back to me if you can't find them and I'll find the video link for ya
Gaz
Thanks for the comment, being skinny helps lol
All I do is deadlifts(6 reps), v handle chinups, low cable rows and corner rows, all with v handles.
Seems best for me with low reps/heavy weight, even adding weight for pullups/chins for 4-5 reps
Good luck on your goals, Gaz
