Well I think the first time I saw Rocky something in me just said time to hit the gym.
Why I Love It:
Well there is no other sport like it. I like to feel good and I hate looking just like another guy walking down the street.

BB Accomplishments:
Well nothing to brag about I did destroy the Canadian Jn. Bench Record at 16 years old. To bad I only found out years later. Did make the front page of the sports section of the Ottawa Citizen back in the day.

Things are coming along... Cleaning eating can be fun if you can think outside the box... Like adding Fennel to Red Potatos, or Green Onions and Ginger to your Brown rice... It's tricky not to add the butter, or the sugars, but with a little practice we can liven up any dish... it's the water intake that kills me...

sophmore but have like 4 more years of straight chem yet since I've dabbled for the past 5 years in gen ed...Its good though I guess so I can focus on purely what matters most...
