How I Started:
I wanted to get bigger for school as a linebacker, plus my coach told me that i have potential.
Why I Love It:
Its the feeling after, plus i used to be considered a geek so it was fun turning that around and making people eat there words.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just thinking of being the best. And to one day here my name on the mic at the state championships saying Roby with the sac!

today in Gym class was so was aswome, because i went to my gym teacher and i said i bet you 10 bucks that i can do a one handed push up 6 times he said well i have not seen that in a long long time but go ahead.

Hmm, well thanks for the comment I guess. Yeah I know I'm pretty weak; basically sitting around playing computer games all day without doing much exercise does that to ya.
Dude I think you are doing awesome for your age. As far as the 40 I assume you are talking about running and I am actually in no way an athletic advisor. If you are looking for ways to improve your time perhaps you could start doing jump squats on leg days before you do your strength training.
Just add 115 lbs. - 135 lbs. to your back and do some simple jumps. Do it like you would any other exercise as far as sets and reps. That will give you that extra umph off the line as well as a spring in your step for each pace. You can also do leap sprints. Run taking large series of leaps like they do in the love stories when the guy meets the girl in an open pasture LOL. Your legs will be more fatigued and you may lose a little strength but it is hard to have both.
