I got started Powerlifting back when I was 12 yrs old. April 13, 2001 I literally started lifting on the first day of my first meet I competed in. My uncle, nephew and father was competing that day, and i decided i wanted to compete too. And to top it all off, i set a new idaho state record that day for the WABDL.org. Since that day I was hooked!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because i LOVE the PUMP you get after stressing your muscles to the MAX! And the results you reap down the road... priceless. Plus i am very competitive at just about everything i do.
How I Stay Motivated:
"Only through the Strength and Love of God, are all things possible."
"Know ye... that you are the temple of God and that the spirit of
God dwelleth in you."
- I Corinthians 3:16

New Goal, aiming for 50+ lbs. more of LBM by October this year! Staying dedicated!
Goal (Long):
Longterm goal is to be a fitness model and compete too. I know i'm a little short to compete @ only 5'10". I need to add LBM (lean body mass) all over, especially bringing up inner and upper chest, overall size of legs, etc. etc. more upon further review.
I will do this by increasing my caloric intake and protein intake, and by hittin it extremely hard at the gym day in and day out.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 50 lb
Bodyfat Goal:

its crazy even though I have now gained about 10 lbs in a few weeks, i dont feel or "look" like i've gained much bodyfat at all. I looked in the mirror this morning and my quads are still ripped'ish, abs are still there, i just look more filled out. i really gotta get some pics up,...
Right now in light of the fact that I am bulking, my workout plan is mainly comprised of:
4 - 5 sets of reps ranging 15 - 4, also I include the big 3 lifts as well, GREAT for size, Squat, Bench, and Deadlifts.
As far as staying consistent with going to gym day in and day out, I originally thought...
