I started April of 09 with a body weight of 217 lbs and 27.5% body fat, My goal will be dropping to 165-170 lbs with a single digit body fat, then increasing my muscularity while keeping body fat extremely low up to 200lbs then maitaining at that level.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Research!!! Look up Kris Gethin. He's had an incredible journey and he's very inspirational. There are so many people on here to admire pick apart and follow.

Food sources has been mostly what I use and it seems to help out tremendously great for recovery. But even better is a supplement on top of some protein rich food!

well, they say abs are made in the kitchen, so (i think) as long as you eat lean, you can "clean-ly" bulk, if that makes sense

nice, FINALLY a guy on here who wants to CLEAN BULK!(in other words not looking for an excuse to just eat junk and call it bulking!!) FOR SURE this can be done, efficiently and clean-ly. You woul dbe surprised, safflower oil, avocado and brown rice, as well as pressed cottage cheeze pack on the cals so fast, but are so clean

yeah i think i want to hit 195 to 200 by january and when i cut down i will cut to 180 to 185 just depends how everything works out.

yeah thanks man i need too lol. but i got down to 173 and didnt put it on my stats so im 177 now. its alot harder to put on good mass than i thought it would be but i figured i would bulk because im about to start college on the 23rd. but i will update my status
