Why I Love It: Working out makes me feel better about myself. Way to also releave stress.

Thanks. How'd your weekend go? My workouts are always good, some days are harder than others though. I used to run 10k's in the army all the time, I ran so much there its hard to make myself do it now lol. So what kind of run is it? Charity, fun run, etc.

Man, I wish I could drive to hamburg everyday, Coming from georgetown would kill me on gas though. Im also getting ready to kick up my summer MMA program, so my workouts will go to like 3-4 a day. My day's gone great, how's yours? And where are some places to go in Lexington? I dont really do the bar thing unless its got something to do with music.
