Gained a couple of pounds this week, and likely not muscle. I'll be working harder at it for the next week.

Travelled for work this week, worked out at the hotel gym but ate too much restaurant foo. Will see how the weight is at the end of the week

A good week for workouts. Got myself into the gym 5 out of the last 6 days. Feeling jus the right amount of soreness.
