Fit Status:  Well, even with hotels and restaurant food this week, lost a pound. Good. I'll have to see what the upcoming week's holiday does for me.

Started for stress relief, loved it and kept it up for 9 years. Life happend and I burned out. Just got back at it in the fall of 2006

Thanks for the add Rob. Heading for Utah next week for a 700 mile bike ride through Zion and Bryce National Parks. Should be a fun ride. Your new 1500cc bike must be a great ride. I've got a VTX1300cc and for me its got plenty of power. Hope your workout goals are coming along. Keep pumping.

Any time Rob. I'm struggling with my diet too. Was on a carb restricted diet for 2 weeks--and it was sapping my energy levels too much. Reintroducing some basic carbs in the beginning of the day and at lunch time. It's a learning curve, as everyone is different. All the best. Rick.
