Yea training's going good man, going to sign back up with a gym soon, made some good gains at home surprisingly. Where abouts you based in the UK?

i'm not to bad thanks, training's going good, about a month ago i switched up to training body-parts twice a week and seeing good gains, but going to change it back when i start bulking again. how about you? hows your training?

great transformation, im where you were right now. im 240 looking to get down to 180 at least. ill even be happy if i hit the 200 mark. your a inspiration!

Hey man, haven't spoke to you in a while, how's training going, i kind of ditched training whilst finishing university, but just picking it back up. im looking to bulk up like crazy. Got any new hints or tips for me? im working out at home now due to funds. I want a fighters physique like UFC's frank mir.

i do 40mins running early morning before breakfast 4/5 times a week, doesn't matter to much on training days because it means i will burn that few extra calories. i do 3 sets 12 - 15 reps, and low carbs, just in the morning and tea. So it is pretty usual really. I was trying carb cycling but low carb seems to work better for me. How long you been training for?

its just a general jog early morning on a empty stomach, my heart max's out at 170 BPM when i run, so its high intensity. and then when i come back home i will have my breakfast. cheers for your help!

so if i keep cutting for 12 weeks? well ill tell you what my current training is, 30mins cardio, mon, tue, thur, fri, sun weight training mon. tue, thur and fri, during the day breakfast is 3 egg white, 3 table spoon of oats and a shake 10:30 shake and fruit 1300 tuna salad 1530 shake and yoghurt then a low carb tea at 1800 what do you think of that? got any tips?

it's no problem for the add, im currently cutting,i will be doing so for a month to see what i can achieve.
