Background

When I Started: Mar 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I was motivated by the death of a young friend. I was angered by the tragic loss of a really good friend and I dedicated my energy and time at the gym.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Because it strengths me physically, spiritually and mentally.

New workout partner!

My goal is to gain 5 pounds of muscle for my first pro show in the fall. I have a new workout partner, Isabel Norton, which is new for me since i've never had a workout partner i've always had a trainer or went solo. Were meeting four times a week, I am helping her with leaning out her legs for her first figure comp. and she is helping me with building my upper body. We complement one another well, I am very greatful to have her as a partner. I am learning alot about proper form working with Isabel. I've already went up on my weight for shoulder presses, by 10 pounds in our first workout.
