agdc28 My diet is very clean...all lean meats...fresh or frozen veggies, dark fruits for good antioxidants...1 gallon of water a day and i try to finish it by 4pm...5-6 small meals a day....the diet is 70% Feb 4, 2013 4:22pm

lol2005 I workout 6 days a week. 3 on my own and 3 with a trainer. I'm on a strict diet and cardio plan to build muscle and burn fat. I just do what my trainer says and I get results ;) Feb 2, 2013 8:39pm

agdc28 Thank you for the kind words! I work out 5 days a week...4 days cardio-30 to 40 min. 5 days strength training. No cardio on leg day. I like to change my workout and never do the same routine... i feel this is why im seeing fast results, along with my diet. I get at least 8 hours a sleep every night. I eat 90% clean and mix up my food choiced so I never get bored with my diet. Good luck with your work outs as well:) Feb 2, 2013 1:32pm
