My Workout Program

I workout 5 days a week M-F, want to get at least an hour of cardio a day!
Monday - 30 carido, Hams and Quads, 30 carido
Tuesday - 30 cardio, Chest and Tri's, 30 carido
Wednesday - 30 carido, Abs, 30 carido
Thursday - 30 carido, Shoulders and Calves, 30 carido
Friday - 30 carido, Back and Bi's 30 carido
(Try to squeeze in extra cardio daily and during the weekends but extra isn't always guaranteed)
