Yes those lessons are being undone with me busting my ass in the gym and living/breathing/dreaming calories! LOL I'm not really concerned with weight, just till i'm happy with the visuals. At a guess I think it'll be around 165-170.

Thanks bud. Lots of things went wrong! LOL! Mainly my bulk diet wasn't precise enough, tried to switch between MMA and bodybuilding, took a two week holiday abroad which ended up as 3 months away from the gym....lessons learned needless to say.
