Background
I've always had autism since I was diagnosed with it at 2 years, 11 months. I had little to no social skills, had few to no friends, had been into fights, been picked on and called names. And I certainly was never exactly "lean", and I was never strong, but I was a skinny child. But around 11, I was out of shape and fat, until I lost weight, looking thinner at 13. Then I've always wanted to looked muscular, huge and ripped since I took an interest in bodybuilding. I've trained hard, ate a lot to get huge, and was always looking up information on Bodybuilding.com. That helped me learn more about bodybuilding as well as tremendously improve my social skills. Then as I got huge, I got pretty damn soft. And I've tried several times to lose body fat, but since I usually ate whatever I want, it's made it even harder. In fact, the second semester of junior year, I was 230 and 20.9% body fat! After the end of it, I gained 5 pounds of muscle, but my body fat remained the same. After junior year ended, I tried to gain more muscle and lose fat at the same time doing cardio and weight training at the South Coast YMCA, but since I still never ate properly, exercise alone was little help to me. Eventually I got so sore for training 2-3 hours day whenever I went there, and eventually lost strength, I gave up working out; I took a sabatical. Because of that, I lost weight, but I lost muscle, and my confidence, so I would use excuses not to go to the gym, despite even being depressed and frusturated. Early senior year, I was at 217 at my lightest (still out of shape), but after several months, I eventually gained all the weight back(went up to 240 by the end of senior year). I got a new set of weights at that time and used them a little consistently. I planned this before graduation: after I graduate, I knew I had to get back to the gym. But I wanted to get faster results, so I bought some supplements to shape me up. I looked a little better because of them, but I still had a very long way to go. Eventually, they went, and it was harder for me to stay in the gym and keep eating better. But I knew that I didn't want to go to college looking in that same kind of shape I was all 4 years of high school and before; I wanted to peak at my best possible.
I love to keep building and building my physique. I just look bigger and get better every week. And with learning more about bodybuilding, I get even better.
