I started gaining weight and went up to 400lbs or so.DR has been helping me out and we found out I am almost/borderline diabetic so now I eat only eat food with a glycemic value under 55 and it seems to be helping. I have always lifted and had some impressive lifts when I powerlifted.Bodybuilding and losing weight is new to me but I will get there.
Why I Love It:
Lifting weights has been my destresser. It helps me saty away from alcohol and drugs!
How I Stay Motivated:
Thats the hard part sometimes I get tired or burnt out but somehow God wills me to be strong and I lift and get a great workout.

Robert, i have faith that you can do it. Speaking of the Biggest Loser, don't forget to watch it tonight. I have it ready to be recorded on my DVR :D I missed the first episodes.
I just dropped by to see how you are doing and to wish you al the best. How are workouts coming along? Is there anything that I can do to be of assistance?
Stay strong, focused and determined.
I have faith that you are on your way and although I don’t know what workout program you are following, my wife (bodyspace: judimax) and I received our transformations by following Body for Life. I lost 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat & she went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 with BFL’s 12-week program. I believe that by using their proven nutrition, weightlifting & cardio program you will be amazed at the changes that your body will make.
How are you? thank for the add, is there anything I can do to help keep you motivated to ksaty on trach with your gym or eating right, or anything at all?
if there please do not think twice about asking, and have a great day
