Martial arts (judo) from the age of 6. High school football, went semi-pro but decided it wasn't for me. Continued to train but have had my training lapses.
Why I Love It:
There's nothing that can compare to the sleep that follows a hardcore workout. A gun could go off next to my head and I wouldn't wake up. Then the feeling after recharging like that. Waking up and looking in the bathroom mirror in the morning. I'm addicted to the pain, the gains, the metamorphosis.
How I Stay Motivated:
Buying fresh gear to rock that looks hot on my figure. Those double takes when im walking around anywhere. Noticing getting noticed, without getting noticed. I also have to say that I really appreciate this site! I have received a ton of inspiration looking at all of the stories made plain in the pictures. It's easy to push a button and "click!" there you are, but the pain, sweat, and tears that have gone into the bravery to take that picture is worth the thousand words.
BB Accomplishments:
I weighed 260lbs back in 2006. I experienced 2 weeks of bed rest due to a herniated disk in my thoracic region. I finally said enough was enough and got serious about dieting. I always knew I had the muscle in me, but was gobs of fat away from seeing it. By the summer of 08' I was down to 165lbs lean machine. Approx 5% bodyfat. DIET AND DISCIPLINE will take your body anywhere you want it to be.

She's beautiful, inside and out. She inspires me to stay motivated and focused on my training because if I saw her walking down the street in person, I would want her to notice me . . . besos chula . . . xoxo
