I worked out my legs today very hard I started with hamstrings with two workout partners we kept it fast and intense and moved on to squats quads and finished with tri's I can't even walk my pump in my legs was fantastic I'm feeling really happy with my progress I weighed 234 today which is a...

hey rob, nice to hear that you're doing well! did legs as well and im hardly able to walk, love when that happens haha. the guy and i are doing great :) and speaking of valentines day...i kinda of forgot about it since i haven't celebrated it in a few years! hope you have a great trip, keep training hard!!!

aww thank you :) and i havent finished the book yet but so far ive been applyin the theories to my every day life, so far so good! i want something really big to happen though...like a million dollars. or a new car.

well lets hope thats how it turns out with this guy! im hoping for the best. and thank you for the inspirational words :) i dont realize im doing these things like settling for guys who are into the same things as me. I actually haven't done that yet but my attitude tells me I would. Thank you for bringing me back to reality!
thats not fun, im glad you moved on to bigger and better things! you dont need someone like that bringing you down. maybe i should just look for a bf who's a bodybuilder and I won't have to worry about him thinking im weird because i drink protein shakes and lift weights!
yea some people just don't understand this lifestyle. My friends dont understand why I won't give in and drink and party with them all the time, i think they are getting used to it though. hopefully. and it is hard on relationships, im kind of seeing someone right now i haven't told him much about my obsession with the gym, bb.com, and my supplements. most guys are like "you lift weights at the gym? don't girls just do cardio?" that really makes me angry sometimes!
well get your new girl to take some pics for you, im sure she wouldnt mind!!! ;) sounds like a wicked arm workout, i guess u just need to be patient. it will come!
good to hear! the inches will come on those arms, be patient. do you superset your bi's and tri's? and as for the pics, i always set my digital cam to a timer, if you have access to a digital that might work out better.
awww im lonely tonight too that makes two of us!!! thats ok, we'll survive. as for the fat burners, i know i dont really need them but I need something to give me some energy because my body likes to crash around 2pm when I need my energy the most! Also need to get rid of some stubborn fat around my waist. Other than that im quite satisfied with my results thus far! soon time for some new progress pics, that goes for you too! :)
hey rob, just trying to get some sleep, pretty much layed in bed and looked at the ceiling for an hour, stupid fat burners wont let me sleep. lesson learned! ill take the last one at 4 in the afternoon instead. wh
