wanted to be healthier and to be more appealing to girls at my school, also to become closer with my dad
Why I Love It:
It helps me to be less stressed
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading success stories and compliments from friends on body space of course also by proving people wrong, when friends at school call me a twig i prove them wrong i proved myself wrong countless times, also i stay motivated by learning from my mistakes and facing challenges head on. I have gone through a lot of hard times during the past couple year but i learn and grow from my experiences in life and in a weird way that motivates me as well

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I just lifted I thought i new what i was doing but what i was really doing was wasting my time but now i have become a lot wiser thanks to the help of my dad

Keep yourself motivated get a workout buddy that knows what he/she is doing that way you don't end up hurting yourself
