What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I just lifted I thought i new what i was doing but what i was really doing was wasting my time but now i have become a lot wiser thanks to the help of my dad

Keep yourself motivated get a workout buddy that knows what he/she is doing that way you don't end up hurting yourself

School has been pretty tough the last couple weeks. Teachers overloading us with homework and test. Then I would come home and have a short amount of relaxing time before homework but finally the teachers are letting up with all the test and homework. Also today i strained my back so it...
