What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I just lifted I thought i new what i was doing but what i was really doing was wasting my time but now i have become a lot wiser thanks to the help of my dad

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Keep yourself motivated get a workout buddy that knows what he/she is doing that way you don't end up hurting yourself
