Great hobby, keeps me healthy, gives me time away from the real world
How I Stay Motivated:
My 5:30am gym time is "my time" away from the world. allows me to forget about work, bills, daily activities and other issues that might be occuring. Not only that, but I feel great when I eat healthy and stay on a gym regiment. Basically, my personal time to get healthy and get away from reality:)
BB Accomplishments:
Im not a bodybuilder, or want to be. Although, I respect their dedication and determination. I just do this to stay healthy and look decent.
