Workout Program:
My workout is pretty basic and pretty intense. I usually wake up aroun 4 a.m. and Run as far as I can in 30 minutes. I do that everymorning. At first I thought I might overtrain but my body eventually adapted. Then I lift in the evening alternating high and low reps every 2 weeks or so. Im not very consitant thanks to the Marine Corps. So someday I blow through an insane push up routine I adopted. So I always get the job done somehow.
