I want to put on lean muscle mass on upper body. Arround 10 lbs would be ideal. Goal for lower body is to define as much as possible with no incereases in mass. Looking to deacrease body fat and ideally stay at about 8-9% @ 200 lbs.

30 seocnds, i like to superset different excersizes.
