Goal (Long):
I want to put on lean muscle mass on upper body. Arround 10 lbs would be ideal.
Goal for lower body is to define as much as possible with no incereases in mass.
Looking to deacrease body fat and ideally stay at about 8-9% @ 200 lbs.
Greg has been my motivator , training partner and good friend for a couple of years now. Pound for pound the strongest person I have ever met. Gregs knowledge of fitness and bodybuilding can only be matched by select few. Hes a true fitness guru. In effect his workouts are revolutionary , unique, and their effects unparalleled.
Greg has an amazing physique for a 40+ year old, not only due to his training regimen, but to the heart and commitment he pours into every second hes in the gym.
So its mid march, and I am in my cutting / shaping phase.
Before I get into discussing any workout , diet plans I need to thank Guru7777 for being the best training partner I have ever had. Gregory at age 40, has provided me the inspiration, push and support I need in order to have the results...
