Bench, Rows, Incline DB, DB Rows, and skull breakers =)

Background
Most of my family has weight, health, and eating problems. When My great aunt died of weight trouble and years of unhealthy eating, I looked at myself at 5'8 186 lbs. and said, "I'm gonna change my body for the better." I thought I was doing that by starving myself For a long time I starved myself going to bed hungry, think, "People will love me if I'm not fat." What I didn't realize was that there are people who loved me and were crying when they saw me looking like a skeleton. When they diagnosed me with anorexia I was in such denial that I though people had turned on me; that right there led me into a dark depression that was worsened by the death of my best friends mother in January of 2010. The large snow storm that pounded the south had covered a tree and over night it froze over and fell on her house and killed her. I was devastated. Her daughter and I were hit the hardest of all the kids. At the same time we fell in love, but in a few weeks her fat, lazy, stalker of an ex who had come back during this time made things hellish for me and had the balls to ask her out over her mother's coffin and many a time after that. A month after this the girl decided she couldn't decide between him or him so she dropped us both. Crushed I went to church that Wednesday and she had a new boyfriend. I was destroyed and then I tried to kill myself on two separate occasions. I was then sent to a mental ward where 18 days of my life were wasted. While in there they had a gym and loads of weights. I decided it was time to become not only a spiritually and mentally stronger person but, a physically stronger one as well. After getting out my Great Aunt asked me if I wanted to got to the YMCA with her three times a week. I knew that it was God's hand giving me a chance to change. Boy howdy did I change. I have Bulked back up to 164 lbs., I'm 5'10 and I am now playing sports, working out constantly and taking my sweet time with it, and feeling and looking better than I have ever. Thank you Bodybuilding.com for giving me such good advice and to everyone on here who has changed there lives for the better
It makes me feel good. The amazing rush, the burn, the feeling of pushing my body, it's almost heavenly. Plus the strength helps me protect the people I love. That in it's self is my favorite part
