Im just starting to work out. I mainly started because I just wanna gain some muscle and bulk up. Im tired of being skinny!
Why I Love It:
So far I just love the feeling i get after I work out and the feeling of getting closer to reaching my goal.

watch the diet and train hard. Stay motivated and healthy because that body looks like it can add a lot of muscle and definition. Keep up up to date on progress. Andre

Well the advice I can give you is very general and I'm sure you've heard so many times, but it really is the best advice- Diet is the most important thing. I am not by any means an expert at this. I'm on this site because I still have a lot to work on and I'm trying to get advice as well, but diet is most important. You can train and train till you drop but if your diet isn't in check you will not see any progress. Hope this at least gets you started sweetie. Keep us all posted! :)
