Hey man, I pretty much do a typical 5 day split(Chest, Legs, Shoulders, Arms, Back). Don't really do cardio, even when cutting. Lift relatively heavy and my last cut I was eating around 2800 cals/day, low carb, low sodium, and relatively clean. My only carb meals were breakfast and around 5-6 pm when leaving work I would have a wrap which would give me energy for workout around 8 pm. Oh, and stayed away from the boozing. I'm pretty much just maintaining now till I start bulking again.

Thanks for the add and props for starting at such a young age. It's hard to control your diet when you don't buy your own food (I started at 16 and a half) but lift hard and keep raiding your fridge and you'll be a tank in no time.
