How I Started:
I had been out of the gym for approximately 3 years after a knee injury. I weighed 196 pounds and had a 35 inch waist. I do alot of cardio and calisthenics...push-ups, chin-ups pull-ups and crunches...plus some dumbell work
Why I Love It:
I like the energy working out gives me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to run a marathon. (and I like not having a large gut!)
BB Accomplishments:
I am now 160lbs....30 inch waist...and I have a 6 pack
I am currently running 5 miles every other day. I hope to be ready for a marathon by fall of 2009. My weight is where it needs to be for this kind of run... I simply want to get more cut..and make sure that what is there..is muscle..not fat.

Good Going, Bob! You might want to check out the Rock n Roll marathon series. They put on about 10 a year all over the country. I believe there's one in Austin. Overall, they do a good job of organizing it ... which is darn important!
