Happy Hump Day fit fam. Hit arm day this morning. Had a productive session. Then hit 45 mins on the stairclimber. Hamstring day tomorrow. GO CRUSH WEDNESDAY!

Leg day , I popped something in my quad a few weeks ago but is fine but still playing smart with it, first week was hamstrings only last leg day was 60% normal weights for quads for 4sets of 15reps this week going up to 80% 4 set 15 , next leg day will be back to 100% all out again if feels fine 💪🏻 On the menu is adductor , leg extension , hack squat , seated leg curl , dumbbell straight leg deadlift , walking lunges then calfs
