How I Started:
Never realized i was a chub till i started pre-season baseball. I worked out for two months and saw huge gains... once i hurt my shoulder i quit baseball and have been in the gym ever since.
Why I Love It:
Results and the Release you get in the gym. For me, it's not only for building a better me physically, but mentally. Working out is a reset button to stress and it refreshes me. Then i look in the mirror and realize why i'll never stop.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love the rush i get, the pump and the burn... if i skip a workout i feel horrible physically and know i just lost something. I'm starting to get serious so if i c some1 stronger then me, i want to train that much harder...and knowing i have a long way to go with numbers, wisdom, & looks it keeps me humbled but eager
- Now that i'm on this site, looking at everyones progress... it makes me so happy that i eventually will achieve my goals and only time stands in my way.

So i’m trying to get into eating fish… the only thing is i hate seafood.
Mixing small proportions in with things i like doesnt work and forcing myself to eat it isnt going to last, so are there any recipe’s or fish types that u guys like?
