I increased my cardio this week to 60min on the elliptical and 30min on the tread climber for a 1000 calorie burn. Tuesday and Thursday I will stretch. Yes, that time is consuming but staying healthy takes effort. I increased my protein intake too. I prefer meats like Turkey and Chicken but...
