I started working out hard core just because i was tired of being fat and I saw my weight when I went to the hospital and saw that I was 228 LBS and I thought if I did not catch my weight now then I would have health problems.

The belly button depth test is where you stick your finger in your stomach and see how deep it sticks in my finger is not sticking in as deep anymore soon i will have an outie
