When I Started: Jan, 2006
How I Started: Picked up a FLEX one day and was hooked on not only the science of bodybuilding, but the nutrition and supplementation as well.
Why I Love It: I have never left the gym feeling worse than when I entered it.
How I Stay Motivated: Working in the industry and seeing the results are all the motivation I need.
BB Accomplishments: None...I'm not a bodybuilder. Just enjoy staying active, living healthy, and busting my butt in the gym!
