Day 1 Chest Back -My favorite workout so far out of all of them

Day 2 Plyo-This is so tough on me feel like ur going get sick during it

Day 3 -Shoulder and arms -Not very intense requires extra arm work afterwards

thanks! Not at all. I eat healthy and make good choices for eating, so I didnt feel it was exactly nessecary. And even then, I ate fast food and junk as well, when need be. The program is great enough that you will notice results even without the guide, as long as you arent gorging, and as long as you make good choices.
