How I Started:
My girlfriends dad but i always wnated to be fit healthly and all that.
Why I Love It:
THE PUMP its like durg to me. Becsaue its the best sport there is out their. Its the only activity that you can build the entire body enely and uniformly. It builds your speed, strength and just about ecerything else their is.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at myself in the mirror and say i can be better than that i CAN be bigger i CAN do it. Just staying postive.And also having a good wallpaper on my desktop.

Goal (Long):
My whole life I always wanted to be big and strong just better and stronger then everyone else. i want every muscle fire in my body to burst out of my t-shrit. I want to be better then the biggest stronger then the strongest. I want to be everything I can be and should be. Their is no cant or wont their is only can and I will not tier untill i die I will be everything i can be and noting is going to stop me because I know i have all the dedication in me to do anyhting I want.

Workout Program:
Every workout day a warm up of cardio about 10-15 minutes. Every week i workout on Monday, Wesdnesday and Friday. Every weekend I just do cardio this would anything from running to swimming.
My weight training inculdes:
Monday - Chest, Triceps and Abs workout.

well thanks. I was always athletic and into sports. So I took weightlifting in high school and fell in love with it. Also my brother. He started to lift and he got great results and I wanted to be better than he was. lol. I'm very competitive.
Well thanks. I've been lifting for roughly 5 years now. ever since I was 16. I'm almost 21 now. In that span of time I've never took more than a full week off of lifting. If you stay persistent and consistent anythings possible because when I started off I was a toothpick. Kid you not.
