I started janaury last year i was over 200 lbs and very unfit.
My parent were training at a gym in the local town.
The owner said that i could train there once a week on the Friday so i decided to take the oppertunity tired of seeing me be so unfit (see for your self).
I trained once a week for about 2 to 3 months then went once a week to that gym and two times a week to another gym.
When the summer came i was allowed to train there 5 times a week and she showed my how to use the weights.
She taught me a lot in those few weeks.
A typical training day for me was
12 min bike, 12 min runner, 12 min stepper, 12 min nordic walker and 12 min walker (treadmill).
A hour cardio then weights!.
I was losing a lot of weight and getting fitter.
Getting fit was my goal and i am succeeding.
After the summer vacation the machinary started to degrade 2 walkers broke one runner (she replaced ikt with another broken runner) and the bike were so old that that they didn't even have a timer.
I joined another gym Novembre last year which has a lot of equiptment especially cardio!.
Since then i have been happy training at this gym.
Why I Love It:
I have a interest in keeping fit and see results.
How I Stay Motivated:
when i look at pictures of me that were taken about 3 years ago.
i know that i'm doing the right thing.
What is the worse that can happen
BB Accomplishments:

Hey Ritchie, Just dropping by to see how you are doing, looks like you are on your way to your goals. Are you freezing there in Northern Europe, Is it cold over there right now? Ha!
I thank you very much for dropping by and appreciate the great comments you left me. If you focus on your goal, stay strong and determined along with committing to do what needs to be done, you will achieve what you set out to do. “I won’t tell you it is going to be easy, but I will tell you it's going to be worth it.”
