How I Started:
I have always workout though the last 15 years,rather it was running with my chows or going to the local gym twice a week. Nothing like I am doing now 5 days a week
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel healthy and I enjoy the challenge..like a sport
How I Stay Motivated:
looking in the mirror and looking at other 45 year old women and seeing that I am so much younger looking and in sexier shape.

Oh no did you get hurt, hope not? Are you getting another one then or not anymore. I got rid of mine before i left the UK but i was a bad boy 110 mph wheelies on the motorways in the UK.
Im after getting a custom Big Bear next year i think.
