How I Started:
I was seriously into track and field, i trained hard i ran my butt off. Till one day our coach took us in the gym to workout. I never left a gym since.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because just as it says it's building my own body. Plus i enjoy the pain.
How I Stay Motivated:
Youtube keeps me pretty motivated. But i want to WIN and thats enough to keep me going.
