When I Started: Oct 2007
HOW I STARTED:

Started doing Martial arts and wanted to improve my strength and physique.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Keeps me fit, healthy and active. Love the feeling of dragging your feet home, tired after a big workout. Feel better about myself when I look better.

Ok, so I just got back to training after a good few months off due to money issues. Thought it would be a good idea to make a post where people can leave comments on how to stay focused, get back into routine, maybe if anyone has changed location as I have and how they deal with it. Just general tips on how to stay motivated really :).
