This video has helped me fuel a lot of my workouts because I will watch it as I prepare for the workout at hand. The message holds true when someone is pushing themself. There is many choices an individual can take, but there are many ways that can lead to the easy way out... but who wants to do that when you can fight your way upstream ignoring what your limits tell you. Break those limits... it is all up to you.

It has been pretty difficult lately to find time to get to the gym, but with the time I do get to the gym I have been able to increase my weight I am pushing but I have been losing weight. With the amount of cardio I am doing I can understand the loss of weight but uncertain about my strength remaining. I am going to be pushing harder in order to build up my size again because I do have a long way to go until I reach my goal and only have so many days left. I worry though, due to my new workout...
