I have always been fit (relatively), but began focusing on running when I spent time caring for my mother (who had emphysema) The running mentally helped me, the weightlifting helped the running :)

All right here it is, not a great picture, but I was happy at that time. I could run a 10k, had energy and was ok with my shape. I weighed about 125, no idea what my bf was at that time, but I would wear a bikini to the beach.

Did my box jumps today!!! I stacked them to 8 risers high, looked at them and shook my head....No, not eight!! I managed 6 just fine and loved the workout! Got any other good pylos for me?? This one is a keeper!! Good recommendation, my friend!
