When I Started:
How I Started: I have always been fit (relatively), but began focusing on running when I spent time caring for my mother (who had emphysema) The running mentally helped me, the weightlifting helped the running :)

BB Accomplishments: Qualified for NPC Nationals in bodybuilding.

All right here it is, not a great picture, but I was happy at that time. I could run a 10k, had energy and was ok with my shape. I weighed about 125, no idea what my bf was at that time, but I would wear a bikini to the beach.  Nov 07 - Off season begins. Gains are on the way.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Educate yourself on training.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Not lifting heavy enough. Ladies put down those 5lb weights and pick up some heavy metal.

Did my box jumps today!!! I stacked them to 8 risers high, looked at them and shook my head....No, not eight!! I managed 6 just fine and loved the workout! Got any other good pylos for me?? This one is a keeper!! Good recommendation, my friend!
