How I Started:
I got started because I wanted to transform my body, lose fat and gain muscle.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling that you get at the gym after a hard workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like to watch pumping iron and listen to inspirational music.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost allot of weight, and have gone from squating 40 pounds to 400 pounds, and benching 150 to benching 250 in 9 months.
