When I Started: Jun 2008
HOW I STARTED:

I got started because I wanted to transform my body, lose fat and gain muscle.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love the feeling that you get at the gym after a hard workout.

turbolean Hey, it's important to keep each other accountable so don't skip any workouts or cheat on a non-cheat day, we're here to help you. Remember, with each workout push a little harder so you can blast through any plateaus.
