How I Started:
Ive never done much exercise as a kid. I pitched up for hockey practise but thats it. In my early 20's the doc said i must start doing something.
Then after a shoulder injury I pretty much gave up for a year. Now I'm back again.
Why I Love It:
Once I started, I saw how I changed. I loved the way I look, I had more confidence, I made other people more confident.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to see myself on the cover of Men's Health (hey, it works)
Argh, Im really frustrated now. Seriously! I've set myself a goal of losing 4%bf by December. Achievable? Hell, I dont know, even if I'm close it would be cool. But today, after a month of going at it hard, eating right, pushing myself, I noticed that I have pretty much lost jack squat...
Cool so jy beweeg maar rond, nee hel ek was siek in Dec , en met Xmas en als , myself lekker oor eet , maar is nou weer op die clean diet , is nou al vir so 3 weke skoon eet , en hou redelik by dit so ja, sien jou sixpack kom aan .....
