i had a huge cousin that i wanted to look like.... he started taking me to the gym get bigger for football, and then turned into the bodybuilding world!

We spoke earlier in the week, and I purchased the Lipo6. You said I count my calories. I found an app that is effective to doing this. I learned from the counting that I eat about1600 calories a day. In order to get cut, I need to eat about 1850 day. Here's the Q do the excess calories that I am not using roll over or is each day brand new. If I eat 1600 calories a day for 4 days, and have a "credit" of 1000 calories, can I binge and use those extra calories? Does that make sense?
That is quite a combo of beverages :) Sadly, I am already getting fat so time for me to get back into a routine and try to stay away from the junk. Oh but fat is yummy flavor!
I hear ya, last yr I knew for sure I wasn't dieting over Summer. 2 months ago I told a friend I would do the Aug/Sept shows but I am now having a change of heart, especially since my diet over the past two weeks is AWFUL! Guess I could consider it bulking up but on fat LOL!
Feels good to have that first show under my belt for sure but I'm not totally going back to a normal lifestlye just yet I have a lot aof hard work to do in and out of the gym to prepare for the August 26th show. When will you be competing again?
