How I Started:
Thought I was too skinny and I wasn't happy with the way I looked so I decided to change it. I also thought some strength would help me out with my skateboarding.
Why I Love It:
I like to see what I can do with my body, its healthy and I like the lifestyle. It keeps me in line.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just watching my body change and the strength come along with it is enough motivation for me.

I do all the basic stuff..1 arm rows,bent rows, wide pulldowns, cable pulldowns, seated rows and I stink at pullups!
